Return & Refund Policy

By submitting a request through Pro Surface, you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures.

 30-day Return Policy

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you want to return an item please contact us and we will send you instructions on how to do this.

 Return Conditions

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable. Furthermore, any returned item more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

 Return Process 

 To start a return, contact us at hello@prosurface.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the order is incorrect or damaged we will send you a free label to download and print to return but if it is for any other reason you are responsible for the return costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 How can I return your products?

 We welcome customers to return products by post. We do not allow in-store or kiosk to get returns of the product.

 Damages and issues:

 Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change my address?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@prosurface.co.uk after 24 hours we cannot make any changes.

 How will customers get the return label?

 For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label. If it is because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us. 

 What condition must the item be in?

We accept returns for unused products in original condition and packaging. 

 What is the restocking fee? 

There’s no restocking fee.

 How much will customers pay for return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover that for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return delivery cost.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Recheck your bank account if you haven’t received a refund.

 Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use Contact us and we will look into this for you. 

 Exchanges

 If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at hello@prosurface.co.uk The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
