How can I track my order?

Rest assured, we want you to stay informed throughout the delivery process. Once your order has been processed and shipped within 1-2 days, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your package, providing real-time updates as it makes its way to your location. You can easily track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's portal.

My order arrived damaged?

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot cancel after this time. Please see our refund policy if an order has already been shipped or contact us and we will be happy to help.

I entered the wrong address?

If you have provided the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours and we will try our best to change this for you. If it has already been sent,  unfortunately we cannot change this.

What is your refund policy?

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at hello@prosurface.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label. If it is because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us. 

Is there a restocking fee?

No, there is not a restocking fee.
